***********EVENT CANCELLATION*********

In line with UK Athletics advice, Silson AC has reluctantly had to cancel the 2020 Silverstone Grand Prix 10K Race which was due to take place on Monday 4th May.

Every entrant will be given the opportunity to transfer their entry to our 2021 event or to have their entry fee refunded.

If you don’t want to transfer your entry and would like a refund then please email   silverstone10krace@outlook.com with your Run Britain Booking ID

On behalf of Silson AC I want to thank both Silverstone Circuit and Whittlebury Park for their continued support of the race.

I know that this cancellation is disappointing for all of you but we will be back in 2021.

Run on the iconic Silverstone Race Circuit

The Silverstone Grand Prix 10K race is held each year on the Silverstone Race Circuit.  This has more participants that any other 10k road race in the Midlands, with regularly more than 1,000 entrants.  2019 saw the 36th year of the Silverstone Grand Prix 10K race. Since 1984 the race has been the first race of the East Midlands Grand Prix (EMGP) series of 8 midweek races.  The route is the former grand prix circuit (now known as the Bridge Circuit) starting on the main grid and finishing in the Pit Lane. The event is also open to wheelchair & handcycle competitors. Please view the Runnersworld  Forum for other runners’ reviews.
