* Election of Officers

The Club Committee is made up of elected officers and co-opted members.

The elected positions which make up the Management Committee of the Club currently are the Chair, the Treasurer, the Secretary, the Membership Secretary and Welfare Officer.

The holders of these positions are elected by members at the AGM each year and a member is allowed to hold the position for a maximum of three years unless otherwise agreed by the AGM.

Any member can stand for election to any of the Management Committee positions by letting the Chair know of their intention by 10th April 2023.

The co-opted positions are: Men’s Team Captain, Women’s Team Captain, Welfare Officer, 10K Race Representative, Kit Person, Website Officer, Publicity Officer
